Prior to beginning with St. Clair in 2008, she was a Clinical Resource Management Nurse at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and has 20+ years of hospital utilization review experience. She received a BA degree from the University of Baltimore and a Nursing Diploma from Sinai Hospital School of Nursing.

   Has 15+ years of HIM consulting experience and is based in the Nashville area of Tennessee. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair, Ms. Brown is a Senior Manager of a healthcare consulting firm in Atlanta. She holds a BS degree in HIM from the University of Central Florida (Orlando, FL). She is a member of AHIMA and American Academy of Professional Coders.

Amy Cook-Reska, RHIT, CCS, Senior Consultant

     Has 20 years of HIM consulting experience and is based in the Nashville area of Tennessee. Prior to starting with St. Clair in 2008, Ms. Cook-Reska was a Corporate Coding Specialist for Community Health Systems. She holds an AS degree in HIM from Armstrong State College (Savannah, GA). She is a  member of AHIMA and Tennessee HIMA.

   Has 4+ years of HIM consulting experience and is based in the Greater Oklahoma City area. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair, Ms. Duck is the Director of Medical Records for a Family Medicine center. She holds a BS degree in HIM from East Central University (Ada, OK). She is a member of AHIMA and Oklahoma HIMA.

   Has recently started with St. Clair and is based in the Greater Melbourne area of Florida. She continues to perform interventional radiology coding from both a hospital and physician based perspective for a Florida health system. She holds a BS degree in HIM from the University of Central Florida (Orlando, FL) and a BA degree from Dowling College. She is member of AHIMA and Florida HIMA.

   Has 12+ years of HIM  consulting experience and is based in the Greater Melbourne area of Florida. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair since 2000, Ms. Marcan is also the Clinical Reimbursement Analyst for a Florida health system. She has an RN degree from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, a BS degree from the University of Maryland and an MA degree from the University of St. Mary (San Antonio, TX ). She is a member of AHIMA.

   Has 15+ years of HIM experience and is based in the Greater Tulsa area of Oklahoma. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair since 2000, She has performed contract coding for multiple Oklahoma hospitals and is currently a Staff Nurse and a Coder at an Oklahoma medical center. She received an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts Tulsa Community College and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Rogers State University.

Henry A. Ohleyer, M.D., Physician Consultant

    Has 20+ years of healthcare consulting experience with inpatient coding/DRG review and associated physician and HIM educational services. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair since 1991, Dr. Ohleyer also has an active Internal Medicine practice. He was a Physician Advisor for the Florida PRO. He has a BA degree from William Patterson College, MS degree from the University of Miami and MD degree from the University of New Jersey Medicine & Dentistry. Dr. Ohleyer is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Quality Assurance & Utilization Review.

Camille Ruiz, RHIT, Senior Consultant

    Has 12+ years of HIM & charge master consulting experience and is based in the Greater Dallas area. Before beginning to do engagements with St. Clair, Ms. Ruiz performed coding and charge description master reviews with several major healthcare consulting firms. Currently, she is the HIM Director of Cypress Creek Hospital (Houston Suburbs, TX). She has an Associate of Applied Science degree from Weber State University (Ogden, UT). She is a member of AHIMA.

Jeffrey C. Stalnaker, M.D., Physician Consultant

While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair since 1991, Dr. Stalnaker also has an active Internal Medicine practice. He was a Physician Advisor for the Florida PRO. Dr. Stalnaker is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Quality Assurance & Utilization Review. He is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Medicine.
