John M. Moorhead, M. D., FCCP, Physician Consultant 

    Has15+ years of healthcare consulting experience with the coding/DRG review and associated physician educational services. While performing consulting engagements for St. Clair since 1996, Dr. Moorehead also has an active Pulmonary Medicine practice. He was the Clinical Coordinator for the Florida Peer Review Organization (PRO) from 1999 to 2004. He has a BA degree form Ohio Wesleyan University and received an MD degree from the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Moorehead is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Quality Assurance & Utilization Review. He is a fellow in the American College of Chest Surgeons.

Henry A. Ohleyer, M.D., Physician Consultant

    Has15+ years of healthcare consulting experience with coding/DRG review and associated physician educational services. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair since 1991, Dr. Ohleyer also has an active Internal Medicine practice. He was a Physician Advisor for the Florida PRO. He has a BA degree from William Patterson College, MS degree from the University of Miami and MD degree from the University of New Jersey Medicine & Dentistry. Dr. Ohleyer is board- certified in Internal  Medicine and Quality Assurance & Utilization Review.

Jeffrey C. Stalnaker, M.D., Physician Consultant 

    Has15+ years of healthcare consulting experience with coding/DRG review and associated physician educational services. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair since 1991, Dr. Stalnaker also has an active Internal Medicine practice. He was a Physician Advisor for the Florida PRO. He has a BA degree from the University of South Florida and received MS and MD degrees from the University of Florida. Dr. Stalnaker is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Quality Assurance & Utilization Review. He is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Medicine.

Helene J. Goldfarb, MHSA, RHIA, Senior Consultant

   Has 15+ years of HIM consulting experience and is based in the greater Tampa Bay area. Prior to performing consulting assignments for St. Clair, Ms. Goldfarb was a Consultant, with QuadraMed, doing coding compliance & charge master reviews. She holds a BS degree in HIM from the University of Central Florida (Orlando, FL) and a Masters in Health Services Administration (MHSA) from Nova University (Ft. Lauderdale, FL). She is a member of  AHIMA, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and American Association of Procedural Coders (AAPC).

Yvette Marcan, RN, MA, RHIA, CCS, Senior Consultant

   Has 12+ years of HIM  consulting experience and is based in the Greater Melbourne area of Florida. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair since 2000, Ms. Marcan is also the Clinical Reimbursement Analyst for a  Florida Health System. She has an RN degree from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, a BS degree from the University of Maryland and an MA degree from the University of St. Mary (San Antonio, TX ). She is a member of AHIMA.

Renee Ogle, RN, CCS, Consultant

   Has15+ years of HIM experience and is based in the Greater Tulsa area of Oklahoma. While performing consulting assignments for St. Clair since 2000, She has performed contract coding for multiple Oklahoma hospitals and is currently a Staff Nurse and a Coder at St. John's Medical Center (Tulsa, OK) . She recieved an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts Tulsa Community College and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Rogers State University.

Shannon Taylor, RHIA, Senior Consultant

   Has15+ years of HIM experience and is based in the Greater Oklahoma City area. While performing coding review engagements for St Clair since 2000, she has her own consulting business, which performs contract coding and coding reviews for hospitals. Previously, she was the HIM Director at Holdenville General Hospital (Holdenville, OK). She has a BS degree in HIM from East Central University (Ada, OK). She is a member of AHIMA.

Camille Ruiz, RHIT, Senior Consultant

    Has 12+ years of HIM & charge master consulting experience and is based in the Greater Dallas area. Before beginning to do engagements with St. Clair, Ms. Ruiz performed coding and charge description master reviews with several major healthcare consulting firms. Currently, she is the HIM Director of Cypress Creek Hospital (Houston Suburbs, TX). She has an Associate of Applied Science degree from Weber State University (Ogden, UT). She  is a member of AHIMA.
