St Clair works with the hospital customer to define the project requirements such as; interventional radiology coding/billing reviews, capital outlier and disproportionate share consulting, MEDPAR report audits, and Champus reimbursement. The preliminary findings and recommendations on such projects will be reviewed on-site with the hospital customer, with a final report to follow within two (2) weeks.
The St Clair professional fees for such reimbursement projects are on a "fixed fee per day" or "contingency percentage of any resulting incremental reimbursement" basis, plus out of pocket travel expenses.
